A few days ago (I'm writing in July, 2012), the Brazilian chamber of representatives has approved the NDTA entered into between Brazil and Turkey.
The NDTA has not been officially published by the federal government yet, which means it is not in force. But it is expected to be published soon.
So, one more to our very short list. Currently, we have only 31 of such agreement (not counting Turkey). I say Brazil could use at least 3 times more.
