I have been asked to provide some details about Brazilian law to an article published by TaxNotes.com,  a non-profit that provides excellent coverage of tax matters.

The article, very well drafted by Mr. William Hoke, describes the recent uptick in tax-related class action suits filed in the U.S. by shareholders of foreign firms.
