I have been helping foreigners build their business in Brazil for many years, and, in doing so, have accumulated working experience in Foreign Direct Investment, specially company incorporation and international financial agreements

Other legal fields in which I have considerable experience are the resolution of disputes between importers and exporters, and the drafting of Joint Venture

agreements.

Finally, recognizing the importance that International Private Law rules have in business, I offer assistance in obtaining work and marriage visas, as well as other Private Law issues, such as marriages and recognition of foreign decisions before Brazilian courts.
