Dear sir I am an indian , I been having an affair with a brazillian woman for the last two years on internet , in august 2014 she came to India and married mein temple and a marriage certificate was provided by the temple authorities , once she went back to Brazil , she is saying that our marriage is not valid in Brazil , is that really so ? Now she wants me to divorce her so I need to know first whether the marriage held in India is valid in Brazil , secondly how can I obtain divorce , since marriage was held in india , as per Indian law she will have to come here again for signing the divorce documents , please guide
